    Each year we publish a short letter. It covers the commitments we made, the money and time we gave, what moved on the vital signs, what did not, and what we changed as a result.

    Principles of Reporting

    First, do no harm. We avoid creating dependency, and we do not add reporting burdens to the institutions we support. Secondly, we focus on outcomes over activity. We report what changed, not how busy we were.
